We were assigned Harjot who was very prompt in answering phones and was always willing to resolve any issue that could bother us. It was a pleasure dealing with Harjot. If there was only one issue, We will not choose Mountain club In Munnar. Club Mahindra where we were wait listed, would have been much better. Also, the houseboat , which was classified as Deluxe, did not appear to be so. So, although you deal with an agent over the phone, we realized there were many middlemen and some compromise could be occurring at any level. But overall, it was a very good experience. Thanks.

We changed some hotels, changed durations and due to work commitments changed our departure and return dates. We really enjoyed touring Himalayas. The hotels were charming and gave a god sense of history as well as being very convenient for the town center. We enjoyed walking along the mall and visiting the sites and temples. I got to see plenty of interesting Indian birds, which kept me happy.

My wife and I have just completed an overland tour in South Indiastarting from Kochi and ending in Chennai. We were very lucky to have Harjot from HNk Travel Solutions arrange our itinerary and hotels with some input from us. Our trip was very well organised and everything worked like clockwork and she was following our progress every day to make sure we were doing well. Despite our being seniors and although the trip was organised over 13 nights we never felt overburdened. All the hotels selected were very good with Windy Woods In Munnarstanding out for great hospitality, very good food , good location and the manager and staff made us feel at home.
